The rules for using wheresyourboo.com and our newsletter. Nothing fun, but useful when someone inevitably acts weird.

You are responsible for verifying event details with the organizer and complying with any rules set by the organizer or venue.

The Services are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
5. Newsletter Subscriptions
- You may subscribe by providing your email address.
- You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
- We may send operational emails (e.g., confirmations or service updates) related to your subscription.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to disrupt or damage the Site (e.g., probing, scanning, scraping abuse)

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Where’s Your Boo from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
